Fantastic Facial – I had a gift card to Grettacole and decided to use it for a facial. Today was my appointment and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Rikki was my esthetician! The relaxing scalp massage and hand massage was divine! I was completely relaxed during the entire facial. My skin feels and looks fantastic. I will definately be going back! The women at the front desk were very friendly which helped to make the whole experience even more enjoyable!!!!

BAD experience at Grettacole, but got a great apology! – Yesterday I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at Grettacole's Atrium location at 11;45 (my first time there, expecting a high-end experience). It was a super-busy day for me, so I asked specifically about how long the appointment would take and if drying time was included. BEST MASSGE EVER! – I went to GrettaCole at the Atrium for Spa Week and was excpecting a mediocor massage since for Spa Week it'sonly 50 min. Boy was I wrong! It was littaraly the BEST massage ever had! I've been back 4 times already for the full 60min massage and it was GREAT! Always a perfect experience – Ive been going to Grettacole since there was only one. Out of all of them, the Atrium is my favorite. The parking is easy and free and the mall has what I need. Ive seen almost every stylist for one thing or another and they all are wonderful. Ive been seeing Crystal consistantly and she's attentive, listens and understands just what to do when you want to go from blonde to brown!! I always look great. Terrible Experience – Horrible, Horrible experience. I have had my hair done at the priciest and least presumptuous of salons and this was BY FAR THE WORST. The hair dresser was RUDE and made me style and dry MY OWN HAIR. I then was forced to pay FULL PRICE, What a joke! I think her name was Jen...so, be advised!

I agree - a total joke – I went here for a color correction and cut. The color absolutely ruined my hair, and was terribly overpriced. Three hundred dollars to damage my hair so completely that the only remedy was to grow it out! The haircut was absolutely the worst I have ever had in my entire life. The hairsylist was totally arrogant and wouldn't listen to anything I wanted - he had the attitude that he knew best.
