My favorite stop in Boston!! I absolutely love it there! Their staff is amazing. I have had a massage, a facial treatment, a haircut and a makeup application. I loved it so much I brought my daughter there for her 11th birthday present for a manicure. They treated her like the little princess she is. It was a great experience for her and for me. I can't wait to go back!

Good Service I really like this spa. The staff is friendly and my particular hair dresser gives me advice on how to take care of my hair and skin at home, without spending a great deal on specialty products. I love going to the spa near the end of my day because whenever they wash my hair they massage my scalp very well that the days tension is goes away.

Expensive, but good staff I went to Grettacole for a waxing and was extremely pleased with the staff and the facility. The atmosphere is extremeley relaxing despite it's location in the Westin Hotel on a corridor leading to Copley Place. I really liked the woman who gave me the waxing. She was pleasant and helpful to me, a first timer. The only downside of this place was the price, which I think is probably normal in this area, but there are certainly cheaper places.
