They worked hard to make sure I got the car I wanted and the price I needed. James is an excellent salesman. Professional, listens, and doesn't give up. I was shopping around the West Bank before I purchased from Gretna. I can honestly say, that the team at Gretna made the sale due to their honest - upfront way of doing business!
This is a horrible place to buy a car. They sold me a lemon. The day after I bougt the car, it wouldn't start! The transimission started getting stuck in 3rd gear no 2 days after purchase and the check engine light has come back on everytime I have had it fixed since I bought. They refused to give me my money back for the car. This business is terrible.
I got a car from Gretna Used Car Outlet about 3years ago, I have never had Any problems with it. They were very nice to me and did everything they could to get me the car I wanted. I'm on my way back there to get my 2nd car and I know that I will be well taken care of!!!!!!!!!!!
