I asked my neighbor who he used for lawnmower repair and he told me about Gretna Small Engine Repair. I took my mower in because it was hard to start and not running well. They had it for a few days as they found the carburetor was bad. Replaced it and did an annual service, now it runs great and I’m a happy customer.
RecommendedJust bought a Toro mower , KJ really knows his mowers we talked about alot of different models very Knowledgeable and friendly .They close at Noon on Saturdays, I got there at 11:00 and left at 12:30 .I purchased a gas shut off from them and was going to put it on when I got home but to my surprise when I got home they put it on. Good bunch of people 5 stars from me. They register all products you buy from them and have records of warranty issues you might have.
Friendly fast knowledgeable
My experiences have always been underwhelming due to their lack of customer service. I don’t work in lawn or landscaping, so I’m not sure what products are best, how much I should be spending, etc. They seem to lack a consultative approach and rarely exude any form of excitement that I’m in your store and willing to spend money with you.
Received excellent service in a timely and efficient manner. Called me before conducting necessary repairs. Pricing was definitely more than fair. Professional and courteous. Informative and extremely helpful. Will continue to use them. They go Above and beyond. Da Bear.
Charged me $48 for a 5 minute job. Was unaware of a minimum charge. Am now told there is a sign, but feel as if I should've been made aware of this. I bought my mower from them...over 1k. I have my mower and blower serviced there every year. I am in their computer system so they were aware of this. And, I fully expect to pay a fee for service. But this is greed, pure and simple. I have been to several places in Omaha and never had this good of service, Definitely will use them with all my things that need repaired or tuned up. I was so happy as they said it may be 2 to 3 weeks but 1 week to the day they said it was completed and I could pick it up. I was right it was the carb and it did not need a total tune up. They are Easy to deal with, Prices are Better per hr too. The office and service people did not talk down to me since I am a woman. They definitely have my business,
Gretna small engine fixed my snowblowers in record time. Very pleased with the service and quality of work from there team. I plan on buying more equipment from them in the future.
I only use GSE equipment for my lawn!
