I would not recommend Gretna Plumbing for your plumbing needs. In April 2023, I had Gretna Plumbing change my kitchen sink with a Garbage Disposal to a kitchen sink with no Garbage Disposal. I paid $391.00 for this service. In December 2023, the Basket Strainer (Matte Black) started to lose its finish. I contacted Gretna Plumbing January 2, 2024 and was told by Darin he would check with the manufacturer and get back to me. I never heard back from him. I would highly recommend Gretna Plumbing! My basement flooded due to an issue with the sump pump. I called and spoke directly to the owner, John. He not only assured me they could help us but had a crew at our home within 15 minutes of calling them. He personally arrived with his crew to evaluate the situation. They explained what the problem was, explained how they would fix it and gave us an estimate of what it would cost. John, the owner, called me early in the morning to discuss several plumbing issues that we had due to our contractor's negligence and lack of communication. He sent THREE wonderful technicians (DJ, Chandler and Jake) and in a matter of hours I had water restored to places it was lacking (re-routed pipes), a new water heater installed (free of charge due to our situation), set our toilet and finished the hardware instillation in our shower.
