I don’t know what some of these poor reviews are for, so I felt it necessary to leave one based on my experience. I see Amanda Rauh, APRN and she is absolutely lovely. She is kind, accommodating and listens. I’ve had plenty of mental health issues this year as far as anxiety and depression goes. When Dr. Rauh has been out, I have seen Kathy Archer, as well as Lynn Kocian, both have treated me as their own patient. When I call the nurse line, the nurses always get back to me within a day. I am heartbroken that my former pcp Lynn kocian seemed to have given up on me and my husbands care. Too busy with her new esthetics or something. Wouldn't get an appointment with her for weeks Forced to other providers. This place went completely down hill after driving 25 min from Omaha starting 10 years ago, I am thrilled to be done. Check out Brooke Roger's in Omaha element primary care if you have experienced the same thing with this clinic.
Rarely at the doctor but the couple times I’ve been there they have been amazing! Dr. Lynn is super genuine and helpful. Communicates very clearly. Nurses were outgoing and funny which made the experience fun. Highly recommend! Have never felt so taken care of in a doctors office until I found Gretna Family Health.
