Poor. These guys can't properly repair or maintain older lupine lights. The lights have problems with the wires between the battery and the lamp heads. In my case about every two years these need to be replaced. Gretna was providing some out of warranty due the fine wires used by Lupine. However I sent two older units and a battery in for paid repair. They failed at their repair attempts. They sent them to Germany for repairs. Now they can't find them. They are willing to sell me new Lupine units at regular high prices. I Th... read more

I have to drive past many bike shops to get to Gretna, but it is worth it. Very friendly and knowledgable. Great bunch of guys to deal with!
