Stay away from the dealer all their vehicles have safety issues, mechanical issues, engines makes noise, no brakes. But mainly stay away from MICK as seen threw previous comments he's a huge LIER doesn't bother to get anything fixed nor to make the situation right, and I'm talking from personal experience also before visiting them make sure to look over Better Business Bureau also known as "BBB" to get a better understanding of how messy they run their business. If I could rate this dealer lower, I would I had an awful experience purchasing a vehicle here. Sales staff are completely unorganized and unprofessional. Customer service after the sale is exceptionally poor. Dealer delivered the vehicle with a broken tailgate, claimed it wasnt their fault since it was sold as is. At the time when I signed the papers to purchase the vehicle, the tailgate was fully functional. Told me to take it to a local place to have it fixed, then after I did that they wanted me to drive it 2 hours back ... read more
You will give them 5 stars until you have problems with your car. Lied about Alpha Warranty contract and what it covers. Tried to cancel warranty and it has been about a month and still do not have refunded money back yet. If you don't believe me, call them up with a problem and they will give you the old saying, "We can't help cause we lost money on the deal." Any dealer can sell cars, it's dealers that shine when they help fix problems and not shut you out.
