Went to the ER because my ear was hurting and I was dizzy all day so when I finally seen the doctor she diagnosed me with Bell Palsy which was accurate. But over all she did her job it just the wait is so long

She is an ER doc. She did nothing, relied on the physician assistant to decide what was appropriate to do prior to ever even seeing me (I presume from a "you fit list #2 so we will do that" type of protocol). She saw me, did not examine me,I asked about the borderline EKG (stated on it) she said the leads were placed wrong. She chose not to repeat it do do it right. Very thorough and caring. I had a true emergency and Dr. Montgomery got the diagnosis very quickly. Many people forget---the ER is not a clinic.
