Best decision I made selling my home was asking Gretchen Stone to help sell it. I basically agreed with what she wanted to do to have the house prepped to sell, not that I always agreed but I put my trust in her decisions because of her experience. The home sold in less than 24 hours once we put it on the market. I’d say she pretty much knew what she was doing. If your selling your home you couldn’t do better than Gretchen. Very professional, consciousness, high energy and intuitive.
