So happy we have sold our family home of 24+ years. Gretchen Schmidt was so patient with us and guided me and my wife every step of the journey. Gretchen brought experience and data to our sale. She kept us from being too greedy and keeping us from leaving money on the table. She listens, but is not afraid to give advice. The way she set up our condo for the sale, with information signs and pictures scattered throughout the building and condo interior, helped our condo to sell in 5 days.
