Full disclosure- Gretchen is a friend and a referral partner. That said, I have always been impressed with the diligence and care Gretchen takes in her business and with her clients. I have referred my favorite people to her specifically for Bellevue and surrounding areas. She knows that area like the back of her hand. Gretchen is professional and the consummate Realtor. You can’t go wrong here!
Gretchen went far above and beyond in helping my partner and I buy a house. Gretchen brought experience and data to our sale. She kept us from being too greedy and keeping us from leaving money on the table. She listens, but is not afraid to give advice. The way she set up our condo for the sale, with information signs and pictures scattered throughout the building and condo interior, helped our condo to sell in 5 days.
