This was my first time buying a home all on my own, was unsure of the steps and what to expect . Gretchen was extremely helpful in every step of the way and very responsive to any questions I had. I told her what I was looking for and she delivered, was very flexible with my schedule on seeing houses. She also was not pushy at all, if the house wasn’t good for me she would tell me. Finding the right home was more important than a quick sale. I can not recommend her enough!!

Looking and trying to purchase a house that year was very much a challenge, but Gretchen was very patient with us, helped answer any questions we had, and got us through the buying process without issue.
