Not professional and consistently moves around appointments, switches hygienists after repeat requests to remain with the same person. Staff was rude when we asked to be put with regular hygienist. Said we would have to cancel and reschedule (restarting our wait) . On a number of occasions our appointments have been canceled days before the appointments. Dr. Palmer has been my dentist for several years and I have always found her to provide excellent care in a comfortable environment. The office staff is also very competent and pleasant adding to the positive experience.
