Gretchen is a very professional realtor. She is very upbeat and helpful. Even as a first time home buyer Gretchen kept us on point through the whole process that we got to close earlier then expected. Will be referring anyone I know to her! I like to think of Gretchen as the realtor that cares. She goes out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. If there is an issue, she response quickly so we so we could get it resolved right away. She will always be thinking about your budget and what your needs truly are. I recommend her very much.
