Had an appointment scheduled with Michi, I Was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. Then she finally comes over and asks me if I have an appointment and when I said yes, with you she wanted me to show her I actually had an appointment. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.
Johanna Pitcher did a fantastic job at cutting my hair as I requested. I just found this shop & am gratiful to have a great stylist again.
I got a cut and blonde highlights. My hair stylist was very fast and very good! Usually when I get my hair done, I’m in the hair salon for 4 hours but Chasity had me out at 2h and 45 minutes! I got so many compliments! I was surprised at the high price tag though. I have always paid around $180 at other salons and that is what I was expecting but it cost $235. It seems pretty common that hair stylists will tell you one price at the beginning and then after doing a lot of extra stuff to your hair you end up paying a lot more.... read more
