We had a wonderful experience shopping for a wedding dress for my daughter. Thanks to Assistant Mgr. Jessica who was so professional and was always asking the right questions to find the look my daughter was going for.
Who needs Kleinfeld's of NY when you have Greta's right here in Michiana?! Greta's has a great selection, personal service, no pushy sales people, in-house alterations by an experienced seamstress, etc. As mother of the bride, if the bride is happy, I'm very happy.
I can't believe I didn't listen , and drive all the way down to Greta's first chance I got ! What an amazing selection of gowns ! It was so hard for me to commit to a dress but I found the one !! �� thank you to Jess for being a rockstar and dealing with me � you were awesome !!!
There are no words to express how wonderful Greta's bridal shop is. I took my daughter for a a dress and they were so kind, patient, and attentive. Rhonda helped us for 3.5 hours and is the Best!! Their selection is vast and has choices for any look and style. I would recommend Greta's bridal to any person looking for a wedding or event.
Sarah was very helpful today in assisting me in finding my wedding dress. I tried on a few and showed her a picture of one I had found on line. She searched the store and was able to find the perfect one for me. She helped me say "yes" to the dress!
Gretas was the first bridal shop I went to to find my wedding dress. After going to 5 other shops, I returned back to Gretas and bought the one dress I kept coming back to. Sarah was amazing to work with. She was very patient working with me as I couldn't decide and I am so grateful for her working with my family also who were difficult:) Great service and a friendly atmosphere!

I went into Greta's looking for a wedding gown. I really had no idea what style I was looking for. I had saved a few pictures on Pinterest which I showed Jess when I first arrived. She immediately took me around the shop helping me pick dresses similar to what she saw from my pictures to try on. I tried on three dresses and before I even knew it, she knew exactly what dress I wanted! She immediately pointed out reactions I had while having "the dress" on that I did compared to the others.
