Outstanding! Just got my daughter, Melissa, the most beautiful wedding dress. What a wonderful experience! The selection was amazing but the best part was the lovely ladies who made the process all about my daughter having more than just a "buying" trip. They were patient and upbeat and I love them dearly. Thank you Ladies for a wonderful day.
This bridal store has great options, but the staff makes it even better! Today we went in after hours not realizing the store was closed and the lady who was getting ready to close up invited us in and then assisted us with the whole process of trying on and ordering! She was there with us an hour and a half after the store was suppose to close! That is customer service! Thanks again :)
I purchased a bridesmaid dress today from Greta's and I was very happy with the service I received. All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable and they had an amazing selection! I would highly recommend them to any bride. :)
Loves Greta's. Such a great place. Greta is amazing and so are all the workers. They are all so nice and willing to help you out with whatever questions and concerns you have. I definitely recommend them.
I was great with Greta's until they lost my alterations order. Less than a month before my wedding, I went to pick up my finished dress and they insisted there was never an alterations order on it. I was pretty upset. I had to find a new seamstress so close to my wedding. It was awful.
