Dr. Warta was able to increase my heart function from 19% back to 55% with meds and proper care and treatment. In respect to listening to the patient needs instead of just doing all the talking. She asks questions and will always ask you if there is anything you need and her just listening to your input is much more than many doctors will do in this day an time. You never sense she is in a hurry even though you know she is extremely busy.
