We are so very pleased with Scott's work on my mom's furniture. She's had these pieces since the 60's, and hasn't seen them in many years. We're moving her into Assisted Living next week, and one of the pieces will be in her room. It will be so familiar and comforting for her to have and use and admire. I am very surprised at the other reviews. Yes, Scott got very sick with Covid, causing the work to take much longer than anticipated. Save your time, money, and sanity and STAY CLEAR from Scott!!! Dropped table off in December to get redone and picked up in March. The veneer started peeling and I sent pics to Scott. He said to drop it off and that he needed to redo it, which was April. After a month, I started checking in and getting the run around: working on it, almost done, got Covid…. Gave him 2 chairs to fix a year and 1/2 ago plus $1400. No chairs, no refund. Can't be reached. Nuff said
Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Does not follow through his promise. Estimate/invoice was promised but never completed. No reply to messages and emails, completely cutting off communication. Promises will be made but will not be kept. You will lose money AND time doing business with him. Look somewhere else. Should not be in business.
