WOW Current management is a joke,when things need fixing it is her little posse of friends that get it done first and we wait last.When In put in requests for stuff to be done it is fixed half ass instead of replacements on a well needed bathroom door and kitchen facet they rig it to work instead of putting in a well needed new one. lease is up soon and im getting the hell out of here.
low income housing, you get what you pay This place is great for people without much money. But you have to have a lot of patience and understanding with management. I used one of the broken water faucets outside to wash my car with. It didn't have a handle to turn it on and off so i used a wrench to turn it on, and couldn't turn it back off. So i decided I should let management know so they wouldn't wonder why there was a mini flood outside the apartments. Well the woman said that I was stupid for using it if it was broken.... read more

the worst place claire is lazy and dont care about her tenants at all, she sits and eats and does nothing, ive complained so many times about various things and nothing but if I fart to loud wow she is right my way and posting disturbstances.
