Was calling on behalf of another vet, as I do volunteer work to assist vets in need. It's amazing that this place will have you on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I highly doubt many of the employees here are veterans... the person on the other end of the phone was dismissive and could care less. It's terrible with things going on at the VA and this administration that this is what veterans are left with.
A fantastic clean facility with a professional staff and clinicians. My health has improved tremendously as a result of the care and attention received at the Auburn Gresham VA Clinic. I am thankful for that facility delivering quality care in the Auburn Gresham area.
Very Professional, Quiet, and Clean. All of the Staff treat patients respectfully. I have changed my care to this location.
They left me in the waiting room for an hours this was my first appointment at this clinic no direction no help and eventually had to leave to go to work never got seen.
Great staff Great Doctors Clean environment.... Always a pleasant experience!!!
