The looks of the Dallas love Southwest terminal is great, however, the design of this terminal is horrendous. There isn’t enough room for people to sit, It always feels crowded, and the designs of the common bathrooms is not sufficient for the number of people. I would understand if this terminal was designed in the 50s and airplanes have grown over this time, however, Southwest has been using the same aircraft for the last 30+ years and the flow of people should’ve easily been predictable by this design company.
