Made me a custom engagement ring, me and my fiance were very happy. 5 Star
I brought my watch in just to have the battery changed and then they gave my watch back to me saying it's broken and parts will cost upwards of 100 dollars. Giving no explanation as to what is broken. Basically they broke my watch changing the battery when the professional watch repair wasn't there. They blamed it on the watch, this swiss watch wasn't old.
I recently had my ring resize, and I am incredibly impressed with their service! The staff was professional, attentive, and did an amazing job resizing my ring in such a timely manner. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with how it turned out. I highly recommend G for any jewelry needs! -Kavita
