I was recommended Natasha by my spouse and have been going to her weekly for electrolysis for over a year. She is professional and knowledgeable about her job. My first visit I was nervous as I did not know what to expect, but she explained the procedure and post care with illustrations as well as a short demonstration of the equipment and its uses to help me feel at ease. I had just completed my 2nd appointment for electrolysis and my appointments were suddenly canceled. I had weekly appts scheduled and had discussed switching to another day and that would start at the end of the month, but we would keep my current appts until then. When I asked why my appts were cancelled, I was given the response of "I prefer to serve clients whose needs I am a better match for."
