Auto Firm NW is by far and away is the best auto shop around. Through the years I’ve been to many different shops with many different vehicles but there Striving for the best service and knowledge is worlds above everybody else. Rather its Scott the owner dropping off my car, battling warranty companies trying to get out of a bill, or changing cam shafts and timing covers in a matter of days. You wont see this level of commitment from any other shop or business for that matter.
Thanks to a family friend I was introduced to Scott & Auto Firm NW and now have a mechanic with a strong staff that I can always count on when I run into any problems with my vehicle. From cylinder mis-fires to headlight issues these guys have taken care of me even with last minute walk-ins. Great shop that does great work, thanks Scott!
We love Jerry! Easiest, hassle free mechanic experience ever! I knew I needed work done on my vehicle, Jerry gave me a "fix it now for safety and performance" list and a "come back soon" list. I send my daughter there on her own and know they are just as good to her. They have lifetime customers in my family. I would highly recommend Auto Firm NW to anyone looking for a new mechanic.

I have had Scott and his crew work on my cars for many years and I will continue to only take my vehicles to him. Scott is always honest and fair and he tells you what you need to have done without any of the extra crap that isn't necessary (but others would try and ram down your throat). More importantly, Scott is just a good guy. They are always very fast with any work I need done and super nice people. Pricing is more than fair. You would be wise to take any of your vehicles to Auto Firm NW.
I had my left turn signal go out last week in my wife's van and she popped in without an appointment. Scott noticed it. And fixed it in minutes. Very convenient.
