My wife and I purchased a new Trane Central AC unit to replace our 33-year-old unit. I have to say I was impressed with the level of professionalism and service they provided us throughout the whole process. The reason we went with Genz is the warranty — hands down the best one I've seen out of any HVAC seller. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company that does quality work!
We called Grenz after returning home from a weekend away to find we had no A/C—the day before a heat wave! He called me back on a Sunday and came out the very next day to provide an estimate.
