Jim Grenz recently serviced our gas fireplace and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and the work he completed. I didn’t realize how much better the fireplace would look and function after the tuneup. His attention to detail and overall pride in his work was very evident and refreshing. Jim Jr and the entire Grenz crew were awesome. Jim was very informative and knowledgeable about the American Standard furnace and air conditioning system. He was able to explain in simple terms and at a higher level as well. The install when perfect and we are now sitting comfortably in our air conditioned home.
Grenz Service company is very professional and honest! We had a great experience working with them and they absolutely rocked out the job! They had our furnace, AC and smart thermostat swapped out running in less then 8 hours. We are very happy we chose them to work with and will continue to use for anything HVAC related in the future!!!
