I do not recommend this building. They jack the prices and refuse to look or fix anything.my whole family was suffering from a black mold issue in the building that they refused to address. The halls were disgusting and theirs spiderwebs along the ceiling. The whole time I lived in that building not a single person cleaned that hall. I couldn’t get any maintenance done on my apartment at all. My toilet was broken for almost a full year. The paint on the walls had been there for over 8 years with out a refresher. disgusting, you could be the cleanest tenants but the RATS & MICE issue is ridiculous. Scared to eat any of our cupboard food as those critters manage to pull off parkour to the upper cupboard and scuba dive into our sealed cereal boxes. How are they getting away with this hygiene code, would not recommend.

Absolutely the worst place I've rented from. They allow people to sell pills from these apartments. They don't enforce any of their guidelines that you agree to when you apply for an apartment. They hardly return your calls or emails. They have maintenance staff here helping a drug addict push his business and allow people to beat the place up. Disgusting.
