HOA is a joke here they don't want to take responsibility for nothing they point the fingers at the owners meanwhile we are the ones that suffering they're the ones lining their pockets with money driving nice fancy cars they don't care to come by and look at the property itself. the HOA manager woman in the front is so rude she needs to be replaced immediately. Just come look . Don't buy or rent here .
We bought our home here last year. On Nottingham Way. We have had nothing but problems with the water. The water goes off for hours or days at a time.
