This place is so beautiful. It's a rainforest very spacious and cabin like. And the staff are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend living here. Also John in the front office is so sweet and knowledgeable about the property. Every interaction has been so pleasant. I am very grateful for the quality service.
While the staff overall does a great job, HOA manager's behavior is consistently unprofessional. She carries herself with an air of superiority, is dismissive toward residents, and appears to be on a constant power trip. Her lack of people skills and condescending attitude make it incredibly difficult to have any productive interaction with her. This type of conduct is unacceptable in a community-facing role
