Update to my Update: After speaking with Rain (sp?) on Friday the 3rd, and being assured that my issues were being addressed, I called back for an update on Mon the 6th. Rain seemed surprised that I had called back so quickly but assured me she should have news for me by "tomorrow"/Tuesday. Heard nothing on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and when I called Friday afternoon, I was told she had already gone home for the day. Easy, efficient online request for an appointment, received a call to verify soon after. This was my first experience at an eye doctor and it was very thorough and all of my questions were answered.
The team were very friendly and although I was running late they still got me in and out in excellent time.She was super friendly and although it was my first time there she made me feel like she'd known me for ever.Highly recommended for a family eye doctor.
