Another new place
These people don’t know how to schedule!!!! Waited one hour and still didn’t get in. Then waited another hour i’m gonna tell us we might have to wait two hours more one receptionist was horrible front desk receptionist was nice and apologize, and that the place literally stinks when we walked in there was a foul smelling odor. I should’ve told us over the phone that this was possible but they didn’t need to take a course in organization.
This was the most horrible experiences I have ever had. I also thought it was sad one. This location is taking advantage of the elderly. The last few times I went with my mother who is 81 years old, this location has had her wait 3-4 hours just for an eye injection. The lobby was absolutely full with elderly people how we're waiting for the same doctor. This is unacceptable. This does not happen at regular eye appointments. I am giving 2 stars because everyone else was very nice and pleasant, however, I would never suggest anyone with a special needs child take their child to Dr. Robin Agpoon she lacks empathy, integrity, and professionalism. I have never heard of a doctor trying to frighten a child using one of their colleagues’ names.
Rude Customer service, snapped at my family and eye rolls. Attitude the whole time, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else

I ordered and paid for glasses on Dec 8th 2020, or there abouts, and it.is Feb 10th, 2021 and I still don't have my glasses. All I get are excuses from the office. They have not met a single date they gave me for my glasses. All I hear is the lab messed up the lenses. I have heard that five times now with no end in sight. thw doctors are great but don't get your glasses through them, I never will again.
The customer service I got on January 11.2021 from Linda in Fredonia was not very friendly when I was trying to explain something.she thought she already knew the answer. Well LInda you need to listen to the customer. as I really thought the reason my vision is blurry is when I went back to my old glasses I could see a lot better. Not a charitable place. Wouldn’t allow me to see the dr because I was 7.00 short. I would have the difference in a couple of days. Had to wait 30 days just to get in and now it’s another 30 days. As big as they are they should be more willing to work with you.
