There is something shady going on with this business. I ordered filters but forgot to pick them up. A month later when I tried the owner let his personal feelings get involve in business. He ban me from ordering. He also wanted only cash payments as if he is trying to evade something. Anyway, dealing with this company was a horrible experience.
No business hours. Business not at this address. I called and asked if this was Grenair filters, all they would say is "how can I help you" and hung up when I said you can help by answering my question.
This company wrote a bad review on my Google page, because they say we owe them money from 2014-2015. They need to contact the correct company. which is not us!! Besides this issue they are the most horrible people you will ever meet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREN AIR FILTERS!!!!
The worst company I ever dealt with. They tell me two weeks for a filter and two months later they finally finished they and want to know why I don't want them. Well idiot you told me two weeks and didn't complete them in two months. I gave them another shot, ordered filters and called after a week and they told me I was mean and they are not making my filters.
