It was ok when I first moved into the development. Maintenance stays on top of things. However when you are walking you need to watch your step. Its dog crap everywhere. The tenants walk their pets in the common areas so dont let your kids play in the grass. Especially in oceangate. Its like a dog run. Keep your windows closed the poop seems to attract every fly in Brooklyn. You cant smell the trash but you can smell the feces.

My building is not bad except for a few bad apples. Plus the security that needs to do their job and do more patrol and keep the main gate closed. Need to reopen the party room. Make it easier to get a parking space. Better response to getting repairs done soon.

The lady that answered the phone wasn't helpful at all. I was called before and told that the apartment that I applied for was available. I never heard from them again.

Don't move here period. The apartment walls are thin and you hear every sound if your neighbors are loud like mine ,You will never get any rest, kids bouncing balls, riding scooters inside the apartment, people arguing,Teenagers hanging out in hallways, people smoking,loud music all types of nights into the early morning. The Management office don't care only care about your rent payment. Don't waste your money here there's No peace!
