Every time it rains massive flooding in front of the building which causes residents to walk into the street to avoid walking through the puddle extremely dangerous. Pretty sure damages the basement again rain causes basement to close because the laundry room is flooded, toilet overflowed in the basement, dead trees in front of the building.
