I absolutely do NOT recommend this place whatsoever!! My grandmother was 100% without a doubt neglected here!! She was placed here after having a severe stroke. At first she shared a room with someone but then got moved to her own separate room so they wouldn’t have to “worry” with her. She then would lay in her diapers for who knows how long but it got to the point where she had horrible open wounds. I have worked in an Arkansas long term care and rehab facility for over 5 years as a Social Services Director. My great aunt was placed into this facility for short term rehab with 100% trust. Having Humana insurance, their in network options are limited. Don’t ever get Humana. Anyway, I was sent pictures of my great aunt after being there for just a week. ABUSE ABUSE ABUSE. they also like to overdose the elderly so they don’t have to deal with them. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.
My aunt was admitted here for a short term rehabilitation. In less than 3 weeks she was near death due to malnutrition, severe dehydration and a UTI that was neglected . The first wk she was caring for her elderly roommate the next week when she was visited thru her window ( family ) she was over medicated and near death . Just be overly cautious with your loved one here and be an advocate report or inquire if you feel things aren’t right Chance’s are they’re not .
Worst facility in MS. It should be shut down. The whole facility smells like urine. Staff is lazy, rude, & heartless. Patients screamed for help & they’d ignore them. My dad was neglected & they stole some of his belongings. Luckily he only stayed a week or 2 before being transported back to Methodist Hospital & we absolutely refused to let him return. I wouldn’t send my dead dog to this place.
Their patients are blatantly neglected as evidenced by the way a dear friend’s grandmother was treated. Not only was her health jeopardized (she developed pressure ulcers from not being moved, among other things), but she also was denied basic hygiene. Do not trust them with your loved ones.
where couldnt they improve! they are all about money they do not take care of there people properly! there doctors dont even check on there patient's
