I have been living at Grande Arm with Avenue Living Communities since March 2024, and I am thoroughly impressed with their exceptional services. "It's a lovely place to live and it's well-maintained. However, it would be even more peaceful if it were dog-free. Sometimes dogs pee in front of the yard on the green grass where kids walk. This scares the kids and makes them afraid of the dogs in the 37 Sheppard St apartment. Additionally, dog owners sometimes let their dogs roam free, which can be dangerous. I hope that the management of this apartment will address this dog-related issue."
