If you would like to have a slum lord, rent from Gremillion Properties. Your rent will be raised each and every year, once you move in, forget about having your apartment painted, not to mention you'll have hell trying to get something fixed. The outside of the apartments are only maintained for show. The inside of them are not. My wife and I lived there, our dishwasher needed repair, and Gremillion asked us if we used it. Closeminded Landlords... – Gremillion Properites employs ingorant people. I will not tell about my experience personally but I will say that some of the comments they made about me and my perspective roommate could be considered r@cist and rude. They made totally unfounded remarks about our character based on my roommate's appearance and denied my roommate after they let us sign the lease because" he just looked like he would cause problems with the other tennants."
