I have had several issues with this storage place. When I first became a customer I was paying multiple months in advanced. In order to get notices of further due or next due date you are charged a fee...this includes for them to send you an email as well. I was charged lates fees and they wouldn't budge. PS...they do not make phone calls either. There isn't an online pay system. To pay your bill you must travel to them in person. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES! I will NEVER rent from this company again. I have rented from them for a total of over 8 years on two separate occasions at the Lower Fayetteville location. I have given them over $5000 of my hard earned money but they suddenly decide to not give me my deposit back because I didn't give a 30 days notice of clearing out my unit "because they need it to cover the rest of the month's rent". Awesome customer service! Clean and well maintained-great locations!
If I could give a zero star I would. Very difficult to work with. Won’t take a check from an organization trying to help someone because “it could bounce.”
The units are very clean as are the common areas. Kelly at Lower Fayetteville location is fantastic made renting a breeze. She has amazing customer service skills!
