Service department sucks sooooooo bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Three times to fix our truck and still had to go elsewhere after paying these guys 2k for no fix! They didn't even test drive when they said they did.....I will never go back!!!!!!!!

We also went to the big sale and we were very disappointed in the integrity of the dealership. We were lied to about prices and discounts. We were rushed into signing paperwork we hadn't even looked over and thankfully we looked over it because it was nowhere near the numbers we had previously discussed. They kept reiterating that they were turning the dealership around but that turned out to be another one of their lies! I believe in buying local but I would NOT recommend doing so at this dealership.
Horrible experience!! We were presented with a deal on new purchase and trade in. We tried to negotiate, but we were told by the manager it was impossible to go lower. We told him we had found deals at 3 other locations for the price we wanted. He told us to "go somewhere else then". We did go somewhere else, and got an even better vehicle for the price we offered Brian. Had hoped to buy in our home town, but Greiner in Douglas obviously didn't want our business.
This dealership should not even be given 1 star. Pretty pathetic their so called mechanics can't even diagnose a vehicle it's been about 4 weeks now and they still can not figure it out. They said they fixed it and test drove it when they did not. I don't know how they get away with their lack of knowledge and poor customer service.
