Well they were very rude when I walked in wanting to purchase new glasses at first they told me they couldn't use my insurance even after I told them I had located their office do to my insurance company telling me they did so I then had to let customer service talk to the receptionist with my cell phone and then of course they except my insurance. I then purchased glasses and was told I'd get a call days before Christmas to pick them up I never did and have tried for over a week now to contact their office and still nothing... read more
Dr. Greiner is great! As are his staff! All very kind and helpful. I love this place!
