We had an excellent experience with Grenier Buildings. From start to finish, the team provided great communication and attention to detail. 2 years after completion, I had a concern that they came back out and addressed. I couldn't be happier with the building and would highly recommend Grenier.
Building quality was good, no complaints there. Some design details from drafter not communicated to project manager. (Or so the PM claims.) Punchlist not completed, we took care of it ourselves. Worst part was the attempt to bill a change order 2 months after completion of the building. You would think a company that's been around as long as Greiner would know better. Owner got upset and started making threats to me because his project manager on the building isn't taking acccountability for his mistakes.
