He is a great doctor but his staff (includes his family) are unprofessional and incompetent! If he had another office, I will be the first in line.
Been my family doctor for over 30 years. An excellent diagnostician. With one exception over the past 30 years, I have been extremely satisfied with the specialists he's recommended.

Although Dr. Greiff is an excellent clinician His office is out dated and his staff are unwilling to go that extra Mile to be kind and courteous. The staff lacks professionalism and attention to detail. Upon arrival today I was informed that I had to go elsewhere to have my labs because they didn't realize until I arrived that they are not equipped-this appointment was made last week with the Office Manager (Mrs. Greiff)- wow just wow-
Dr. Greiff's office is extremely unprofessional and unethical. They fail to follow proper procedures regarding prescriptions and I have had to go without medications because, despite numerous phone calls, I don't receive a return call or the prescription never gets sent in. When they do finally send in the prescription, they often make errors like calling in only 1/3 needed to be called in or failing to include refills. Additionally, the office staff and nurse have horrible attitudes. Avoid!!
I have terrible White Coat anxiety and Dr. Grief and his staff are wonderful. Love him and his nurse Ida. Our family and many of our friends have been patiences of Dr. Greiff's for over 15 years. If you are looking for personal attention and through care in a calm environment this is a great choice. I think Doctors and office such as this are a look back in time when you're family doctor really knew your family and cared.
