Shipping is 24/7, but if you are delivering bales, they open at 6:30am, and you go check in at the office window on the side of the building straight down from shipping. Then you'll get on the scales and go turn around and back into a dock; it's super easy. They are ALL rude, so be ready for that, and unloading is super slow. Even if it's only 1 truck on the dock, it's only 1 unloader, so maybe the self-driving forklifts might be it; sure, they will unload us faster.

I've never had a longer unloading, don't take cargo here at all, that cargo isn't worth that much time

Nice staff and fast Loading.If you are entring from New Hall street and coming for pick up then Shipping office and Dock is at Entrance, you don't need to go to scale. Slide the Tandem at the back and remove red line after parking on dock.

Theres ovn/staging but theres only 3 spots & will b taken. They have all these trucks coming at the same time with no space & u hav to scale in & scale out. The yard guy is mean and unhelpful. They started at 645am cut the corner and the window is there. When u check at window then hit scale then the speaker will tell u ok to go then drive straight slight right and the docks are there , make a uturn up ahead pass the docks & line up in this skinny roadway area, the unloader will tell u wen & where to dock so lookout for his ... read more

Buen trato del personal del shiping como nota si entras por la calle lotus como te manda el garmin es más complicado con trailer de 53 " es mejor entrar por la north ave ya que te yeva directo ala inteerestal 43 solo paso dato es mejor entrar por la calle n newhall st ya que es la entrada y ahí está el área de espera para los camiones: solo es para apoyar igual revisa tu ruta....
