I been in the store for the last 6 weeks and my equipment has not been looked at, nor I have got any answer of whether I can get another one. The worst customer service don't ever rent a uhaul truck. The online self center does not work for picking up a rental and you will have to stand in line for over an hour while the owner helps other customers find "misc" items and let's 20+ people wait in line for rentals.
