I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Greg and his team. I took my car in to fix a gas leak, but after paying over $2,000 for a full gas tank repair, the issue was not fixed—in fact, it became worse. I’ve had to return multiple times for the same problem, with no proper resolution. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and unacceptable. I would not recommend them to my worse enemies.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car service shop. I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change. The staff then told me there was another minor issue that needed to be fixed, and I agreed. In total, I was charged $770 for the oil change and the additional repair. No stars Horrible owner horrible business police was called and everything I went for an alignment when they check the car they didn’t even bother to call me to tell me the outer tide rod is messed up. Out of consideration you call the costumer explaining hey the outer tie rod is messed up will you like us to continue doing the alignment ? Nope didn’t call even once. Who ever the main mechanic is clearly doesn't spend time addressing the problem. I brought my vechicle here to get my transmission looked at because the light was on and it would not drive. He told me I needed a whole new transmission, used 6K. I said I'll have it towed to a dealership and it turned out the transmission was perfectly fine and the light sensor needed to be replaced.
