Who ever the main mechanic is clearly doesn't spend time addressing the problem. I brought my vechicle here to get my transmission looked at because the light was on and it would not drive. He told me I needed a whole new transmission, used 6K. I said I'll have it towed to a dealership and it turned out the transmission was perfectly fine and the light sensor needed to be replaced.
My boyfriend took my car to get an oil change 2 weeks ago. When he took the car they told him that the ball joint on the passenger side needed to be changed. Thursday he took it back so they can change it. They called that the car was ready, but when he picked it up the car was making a loud noise on same side. We figured we were gonna take the car back the next day.
