RecommendedWe were on a 10 week vacation with all reservations set in stone. No RV Service/Repair service would be able to help us until 2 weeks to a month down the line. Greg made adjustments and upon the date we agreed upon...fixed our "slide-out" in ONE DAY. He and his staff (Elaine & Mary Ann) were our saviors and very pleasant. HUZZAH.
Finally someone was able to find a short in the electrical system and fix this. Blowing fuses on each trip is not fun in a hot RV. It was not an emergency so we had to wait but it was worth it.
The should be more prompt in coming out for service. We called before the new year for a water heater repair, they kept saying we are on the list. Here it is almost May, we have heard nothing. We ended up getting someone else. Would not recommend.

Only one star because I couldn't post unless I selected one. Worst service. Needed to send Rv to be repaired 2 weeks after Gregs had "fixed" the issues. They lost the keys and fed us bullshit about how long the parts were taking until they had a locksmith make copy. Their customer service is not even helpful, no one ever knows what hell is going on. They continue to try and charge for work they did not perform. VERY SHADY!! DO NOT TRUST!! Will file law suit and BBB to investigate!!
