I bought a Liberty safe from Greg's Lock & Key Service several years ago--outstanding service from knowledgeable staff. Since then, I've had several keys made there, and when I bought a home in Independence, Greg's staff came to the home and re-keyed all the locks. Service was high quality and price was reasonable. You can't go wrong with Greg's.
I had several duplicate keys made for vehicles we have at work. They were all cut and worked (the first time) even a couple that I brought in that were severely wore. I then scheduled a replacement of a door latch/key for a tool box on a truck. It was replaced and works good as new now. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. They are my first call for anything lock or key related in the future.
My wife inserted the key in our front door lock a few days ago and unlocked it. She then couldn't remove the key. When I tried, I finally got the key out but the bolt did not move. I was fairly convinced the lock needed to be replaced and rekeyed. Dennis arrived in about an hour and was able to repair the lock. It works more smoothly now than it has in years! The price was very reasonable and Dennis was very professional.
I highly recommend this lock and key service for both your business and your personal residence. They do quality work for a reasonable price.
