Nissan & Infinity owners Bware!!!e As far as Nissans & Infinities go Greg's is incompetent. more importantly their guarantees are worthless and they will do anything to wiggle out of honoring guarantee that they can even if it makes no sense. I can't attest to other brands but their basic guarantee policy would send me to another shop if I owned a Honda or Toyota... If you want details please email me at augustbrante@gmail.com

I true find! Greg's Japanese Auto, Chandler, AZ Greg's Japanese Auto has serviced my Toyota Truck for years. When I tell them what I THINK may be wrong; Brakes, Shocks, Battery, etc., they diagnose my vehicle and call me before work is to be done. I was told my front breakes were good and my back brakes needed to be replaced with a excellent explaination why. I was also told I did not need new shocks nor a new battery. Service I have taken my car to be serviced at Gregg's for 6 yrs.I am pleased w/ their service. They are thorough in diagonostic analysis, friendly, and they do not over book their customers. Which means no long waiting for the job to be completed.

Amazing Service I've been taking my cars to Greg's for years. They've worked on my domestics as well as my imports. The professional customer service has always been amazing. I've had my questions answered honestly and the work done at a fair price. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain the work that they do thoroughly to you and recommend items that may need to be taken care of in the future. I highly recommend Greg's for any service that may be needed on your car.
