I called Greg's because I wanted a part to do a fix myself for 1/10th of what one of the big Buffalo companies was charging. Greg not only helped me diagnose the problem accurately but when it was a fix I didn't want to mess with, I was charged really fairly for a tech to come out and do it. Really fairly. Like what you wish you could pay. Next time, I'm not messing around and I'm calling Greg's first.
Let this be a lesson. Be kind even when no one is looking.
