For Greg’s Hearing and Air (License# TACLB85264E in Buda, TX) Quoted a job (3 hour window on a work day) then came out to do it (3 hour window on another work day) but turned around and left after deciding they “would lose $2000” on the job. That number didn’t really make any sense given that their quote was only $800 off from the other quote we received. Unfortunate waste of everybody’s time.

I use Greg's for their biannual HVAC tune-up service, and it's always done with professionalism and friendliness. Twice a year they organize a visit to check up on the system, and give me their assessment (so far no issues found).

We contacted Greg’s on recommendation from a colleague and were very pleased with the service. Our ancient AC system died the big death while temps were over 90 degrees daily. They were quick to respond, were able to schedule a new system installation within a couple of days, and got the job done beautifully. The new system is excellent, their pricing was quite reasonable (with a significant discount if you pay by cash/check), and their staff were great. Great service, showed up same day and worked into the evening. Diagnosed the problem and gave me several options, didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing possible. Appreciate the hard work and honesty, everything working great now.

This is our first time using Greg's Heating and Air based on a recommendation from our son. Zachary showed up within the given time frame and gave us the head's up he was on the way. He was so thorough checking out our system and replacing the filter in the attic. We will definitely use them again
