The food was delicious, kudos to the chef. And the location was gorgeous. Notes to the management, for such a high scale restaurant in such a gorgeous location in an upper scale Mall, the restaurant should never be in disarray as far as cleanliness. I am attaching photos so that you will understand what I am trying to explain. I managed restaurants for years and was in the management consulting industry. With that being said, my suggestion to you would be to find a better janitorial service or better management.
